In my 70+ years on the planet comparing 5 previous dentists I've been to, Dr. Zhou is the best. Thorough clear communicator - a very skilled knowledgeable dentist. It is easy to quickly get a convenient calendar appointment with Dr. Zhou. My previous local dentist only available and open a few days of the week - so scheduling an appointment was always far out in the calendar. Dr. Zhou is Medicare established and welcomes Medicare patients.

Dr. Zhou and her staff have been taking care of my teeth for over 10 years. I highly recommend her and her staff. Very friendly and caring, and they put up with my off the wall humor. I have had root canels, crowns and fillings and never an issue, or pain afterwards. I like that she can do it all, and I do not have to go elsewhere. My wife who does not like going to the dentist, has also become a very satisfied patient of Dr. Zhou. My only issue is they keeping talking to you when I cant talk back!!

I would have to say Dr. Zhou took her time to explain the condition of my teeth and possible treatment plans to get my teeth back into shape. I would also say that her staff from the front desk to the dental assistants are very kind and helpful. My experience at this dental clinic was excellent and would recommend to all my friends and family. Justin.

My family had previously been going to Dr. Zhou for a few years until we moved to Kirkland, due to logistics we switched to a local family dental practice. Flash forward 3 years, I had a major complication with a recently re-filled filling on a Sunday afternoon (very painful), I called the Kirkland dental office w/ no return call (until 24 hrs later). I called Dr. Zhou, she returned the call within a half hour and had an appointment set up for me the following day. She and her crew did an awesome job fixing my problem. In addition after each visit I would receive a follow up call from either the office staff or Dr Zhou to see how I was doing. This office is awesome! My family will now take the extra drive out of our way for our yearly visits going forward! They also do a great job with little ones. My daughter had her first dentist experience with them at the age of 3 with no complaints!

My whole family has been with Dr. Zhou for more than 5 years. Even after we moved to Bothell we still keep her as our main dentist. She is very professional. The staff at the facility are very nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommended for you and your families.
